It said that the email didn’t exist,i used the prepackaged .zip file but didn’t work.Any help?

it doesn’t work and I was kicked off the previous prepatch. the error message is 'Signing in MSN Messenger failed because the service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. 81000314
I downloaded the new installer 7.0.0820 and tried to sign in but that message keeps appearing.
