Unfinished MSNP8 web client

Here’s my old and unfinished web client. It uses Vue. The dependencies need to be updated if you plan to continue development of this. The code is trash.

The client identifies as MSNMSGR 14.0.8089.0726.

If I remember correctly, listing contacts works but not talking to contacts. You should be able to receive messages, too. Nothing else is implemented.
