Try
1. Install IE8, IE6 won’t work at all, maybe IE7 doesn’t work aswell.
2. Uninstall IE8 and reinstall IE8 again.
Important before use MSN 4.7.2009, MSN 4.7.3001 or etc…
You have to patch like MSN 5-6.2 so it will work.
