ENGLISH: Hello my friends, recently the escargot team activated the functions like the search engine in the windows conversation and the tabs, if you do not like these functions and you want to delete them follow my tutorial :slight_smile:

1Âș GO TO c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\ and select the file ‘hosts’ and click in properties

2Âș GO TO Segurity>Edit>Tab Users>Full Control and Apply

3Âș OPEN hosts with Notepad/Bloc de Notas and add: 127.0.0.1 escargot.log1p.xyz

To disable the tabs, just go to the WLM settings :stuck_out_tongue:

You do realize redirecting “escargot.log1p.xyz” to localhost will also result in the Escargot site being unreachable, right? :stuck_out_tongue:

I meant the site itself. The site’s located at “escargot.log1p.xyz”, and the configuration is also located at “escargot.log1p.xyz”, so both the configuration and the site will be knocked out.

Right, maybe escargot can make a fix disabling this feature from the program

Currently it is the only way that has worked for me that’s why I share it
