Do you mean something like a UXTheme Patcher with UXTender?
I use UltraUXThemePatcher by Manuel Hoefs
and because I’m already at it i can also post a link to Novus by Jamush.

jesus, i always pronounced deadmau5 as “dead mau five” was i was young (the only way i knew him was probably due to me randomly browsing to the minecraft wiki, which i still do), now i try my best to pronounce it as “dead mouse”, but i still randomly read it with my mind as “dead mau five”.

Yeah, that’s because it was created by a designer Microsoft contracted, and I don’t know who so I can’t contact them about it.
Someone one time maked a pack with HD wallpapers of Windows XP but It don’t have this wallpaper.
why do you save everything on the desktop it’s not hard to clutter up the documents folder instead
