Themes ripped from Windows Experience, and used BasicThemer2, got the Luna Window metric.
RetroBar for the taskbar. Open-Shell for the start menu.
I used a XP icon pack (not from 2013Windows8.1 but a 7TSP icon pack I found on Discord).
