context: there was some promotion going on in my ISP/phone provider where i think the samsung galaxy s21 was “free” so my dad upgraded from his galaxy note 9 (which is no longer supported by samsung apparantly?)

this won’t be my main phone (unless if i break my a50 by accident), if it was, then i’d be upgrading (better-ish hardware) and downgrading (no more support, and a year older) at the same time.
