Not being able to download the latest MSN reviver

Messenger Reviver 2 won't install Messenger

Messenger was not installed either due a connectivity problem, a problem in your installation or you manually cancelled the setpu program. Would you like to open the folder containing log errors now? I keep getting this whenever I try to reinstall the Messenger. Was on W7 before, and now on W10. Still can’t install. How do I solve it
