He’s probably basing off of the fact alot of people are from U.S and not sure what Globo is. (And I don’t know what Globo is so yeah)

it will happen in 2021 but ppl apply one year earlier

if you have paid tv in US, you do have Globo’s international version, if you were exploring channels, you must recognize it
if you still have open tv then its fine

but this isn’t confirmed, i haven’t applied yet (since the subscription haven’t opened yet, it will open today at 22:30 so yeah)
