They wrote me that SkyDrive is a OneDrive with a different name. But why does the Skydrive program not work? Somebody help me to revive it!

Probably because the old SkyDrive servers were either shut down or relocated.
Also, we have been over this. SkyDrive and OneDrive only have cosmetic differences. Will that not get through your head? If you really want “SkyDrive,” go learn yourself some resource hacking and make OneDrive your own.
