on the website it says 0 people online and i cant connect. Yes i have heard about the database and that there is gonna be downtime sometimes for a while, but im wondering if the problem is on my end

I heard it was something related to the database or something. but i’m not sure.
Server having random shutdowns as usual. Hoping we can take care of that issue soon.
Also it’s not just the database that’s causing issues. There’s a bit more to it.

I see that people are online, but i still cant log in.
That’s the site caching the user count for a certain amount of time. It’s not an effective service status indicator.
So is there any way to connect, every time i try, it just keeps saying “Signing in”, im pretty sure i am using the right password.
I think it’s best to just wait it out for now. I’m sorry for all the inconvenience, but this issue is completely out of my hands and I’m not sure if it’s even fixable.

They’ve been occurring for a year or two, but they only got worse later on last year.
Servers seem to be working now.
