I see two “davidomercenario” accounts registered, one with the capital H in Hotmail and one without. Also in the last screenshot you misspelled the problem email. You should probably work on that. Otherwise they should be working fine.

FYI I’ll remove the account with the uppercase H for cleanliness.

if you want to delete the account with a capital H, you can use the account I’m going to use davidomercenario@hotmail.com, thank you very much for the support
