Error while installing

I am after “installing” WLM '09. This is log:

Newer version of contacts platform is already installed === Logowanie zatrzymane: 07.02.2021 19:14:00 === (from polish. logging in stopped: (date) )

The problem: I have jest deleted messenger folder from program files and now I cannot install this version. Please for fast response (I am mostly active at 07:00 PM UTC+1 (19:00 UTC+1) )

I had WLM 8.5 before

install windows essentials 2012 and uninstall it, this should work

yep, i did it. it was that:

open installer
click install
after one second: installed

still nothing…
