The reason why there isn’t any skype 7- revivals is because those versions made their protocol extremely difficult to understand (don’t forget the fact that their authentication keys haven’t been found and they’re probably keysmashes)

I think there needs to be a revival for the last version of Skype that supports Windows XP and Vista tho.
I don’t know which version of skype last supported XP, but the nina.chat team are working on a skype revival.
