Coincidentally, I’ve also been receiving lots of ghost followers and spam on my mail from Reddit this month too ._.

Didn’t realize the spam was so widespread. Up until a few days ago, my alt never got any of it. Anyway, less than a week to go.
Apparently Reddit is just going to ride it out, they’re ignoring the journalists now:
