[SOLVED] Windows Live Messenger problem

hi there! i’m new but i have a question
I installed messenger 2012 via the reviver and so far is ok but after when I try to send a friend request to my brother and I try to speak says: can not be delivered to all recipients of the message.

could someone help me ?

thank but butterfly give me an connection error possible to fix it? and with this can i use again windows live messenger?

reset butterfly messenger by deleting:

c:/users/(your account name)/AppData/Local/Butterfly Messenger ->alla the files within it.
