Ummm
I updated Discourse last night, so that is the cause assuming this was fine yesterday but not today. I also checked another forum that rarely updates, and another one that updates nightly, and only the updated forum has the issue.
That said, I added some quick CSS to deal with the problem until its fixed properly, so it should be usable again now on a full refresh.
