MSN Messenger 7.5 on Linux Mint: "Password Incorrect"

I installed riched2.0 and msxml3 from winetricks, but it keeps on saying my password is incorrect. My account logs in perfectly fine in an XP VM. Anyone know how to get this working?

Also getting “service is unavailable” on 5.0 prepatched.

For 5.0: check HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSNMessenger\Server in the registry, it should be m1.escargot.log1p.xyz.
